Halfords - Sheff Queens (Sheffield)

I had a fantastic experience at Halfords on Queens Road, Sheffield. I went in for a brake light repair, and the job was done perfectly. Big thanks to Ken, who was absolutely brilliant—quick, professional, and friendly. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The customer service was just as impressive. I’d lost my previous receipt, but the guy on the cashier went out of his way to help and managed to sort it out by checking my past payment. Super helpful and efficient! Great service all around—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic person I met this morning who fitted my windscreen wiper. He did tell me his name but I am so sorry I don't remember it. He was friendly, professional and just a joy to meet. I think he may have said his name was Keith? It was first thing in the morning so hopefully if Halfords gives some sort of credits for these thing's you can figure out who he is😁

I had such a good experience here, I needed 2 new front lights, Ken fitted one, showing me how to do it as i wanted to learn, so i did the 2nd myself! He then charged for the cost of 2 bulbs but only the fitting of one as he said i did a great job on the 2nd one. He was brilliant, full of knowledge and great sense of humour, an absolute credit to Halfords. I need a new tyre inflator, so i hope to see him again

Many thanks to Ken who tested my battery and carefully discussed my options with me without making me feel a complete idiot. I decided to go with a new battery as although I don’t do much mileage, I do need to be able to rely on my car starting and behaving properly. Brilliant service and a reasonable price.

I went to have new headlamp bulbs fitted and was given a free health check on my car. Jake, the member of staff who did this was absolutely brilliant, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough.He checked my oil, topped up the windscreen wash and checked my tyre tread and pressures. Also, having the bulbs fitted was alot cheaper than I thought! Great service ,very highly recommended. Thankyou.
