Got to use the book stores they are a great way of finding new books. This place also has a great cafe to grab something to drink while you read your new book. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They didn’t have the actual book I wanted but offered to order for me. Instead I got “You may never see us again”

It smells amazing, I love the smell of new books. It's a big book shop, reasonably priced. The main reason for the 5 stars though has nothing to do with the books. The reason for the five stars is the staff. Always helpful, extremely knowledgeable and when communicating with my children they are so, so very good. They talk to them at their level with a genuine interest. My boys love buying new books and the experience plays a big part.

Go to place for new books, can't beat it Only minus I could think of, more of a personal pet peeve, I find it funny that the "economics" section is full of popular mainstream propaganda that seeks to shame the productive people and entrepreneurs, and zero relevant, actual economy books written by actual economists (as opposed to economicists), could be informative to have some Thomas Sowell if not the Austrian or Chicago School. I do understand they're way less popular and might collect dust on the shelves but at that point naming the shelf "economics" is a bit irrelevant. Like naming a shelf of books on flat earth theory "geography".

Time to buy a new book because whenever I see a Waterstone, can't stop myself to have a look. This time I got an air fryer cookery book. Staff was very friendly and I got great service. One of the most beautiful bookstores I had the privilege to walk in! The people who work there are so friendly and sweet. They have a huge collection of book with varying genres. On top of that, they have souvenirs and gifts for book lovers (or bookworms if you like!). To put a cherry on the cake, it has a charming cafe and sitting area for people to enjoy some coffee and snacks while reading their books! It’s an experience, to be honest!
