Very good buy quite a few things from there they have a absolutely fantastic delivery service 😀called in again today but on this occasion didn't have what I wanted in catalogue on line nowadays didn't ask staff although they are quite friendly but sometimes they don't always look for you but hey ho I guess they don't have to to be honest

Went in to store to pick up x2 extension cables and was served by a woman called Lynda. Theres other reviews on here about her too so clearly her poor attitude today wasnt just a one off. She expected me to know that my x2 extension cables that I ordered as one order would have x2 separate order numbers and when I was confused instead of doing what shes paid to do and helping she just came at me with confrontation and attitude. Never come across someone so unhelpful, I was actually in disbelief that someone can behave that way and think its normal. When I read other reviews it made me realise this is clearly who she is as a person. Thank god shes only working at Argos thats all I can say

The older lady behind the till was loud, rude and unfriendly. Asked a general question and her attitude was grumpy and not willing to help at all. Avoid her. Other staff were nice and friendly.

I returned 3 items of clothing they didn’t give me a receipt. I then got an email when I had returned home and they had only refunded 2 items. I dashed back to the store the man said oh it dropped out of the bag so I have keyed it on the system don’t worry, no apology! Still no email confirmation and no refund so as you can’t call the store or Webchat then I’ve got to make yet another trip to the store. Shocking service 😡😡
