I came and asked the lady where I can get curtain ring and she directly searched on the website but unfortunately it is not available. However I asked her where I can get it and she told me few alternatives. And even I asked her where is the Wickes and she gave me an answer. A good customer service. Just bear in mind this shop is inside Sainsbury's so you have to come inside Sainsbury's and go straight at the end you will find Argoz.

Ordered a mop and got an email saying it was available for pickup. Drove there and paid £2 for parking only to find out it wasn’t ready and mistake in the system. Asked the man at counter when it would be available who was rude and simply shrugged. After a mistake and wasting money on parking, some kindness and actual assistance would’ve gone a long way rather than shrugging and saying ‘don’t know’. Cancelled order, don’t want to deal with rude employees

The manager Adam is extremely helpful and friendly because I struggle on the tablet and he came over to help and was very helpful and make me smile. Top top service and will ask for Adam next time I shop. Give very useful information

Had a pleasant time at Argos last Sunday when I went to pick up an adaptor because I’m French ! Thank you Lewis for your kindness and service. Will definitely come back. Amazing staff !!!!!!!

Used for click & collect and for purchasing from the store. Both were easy and quick transactions. I may just have been lucky with my timing but each time I've been straight to the counter or first in line so never had much of a wait either. So quick and convenient even though it looks really small for an argos. Still probably a good idea to check availability online and may not stock larger items (can't say for sure as I've never purchased anything large from this branch) Staff have been polite every time I've been.
