I have been a regular customer at this store for many years all my family shops here recently my daughter has started working for them and this morning inwas shocked done all my shopping and headed to the till and was told at the till my daughter cant serve me when there was only 1 till open at the time so i asked the staff to call mananger so i can ask what is the problem but she didnt come to me guess she just wasnt bothered so u left my shopping in the trolly and walked out i could ha e told my daughter to walk out with me but guess my thoughts were alot better the theirs so i will definitely not be going back there ever again and would also let my family members no not to go here again and i can gladly say i have over 100people in my family so goodbye b&m. SO CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME OR SHOW ME WHERE IN YOUR POLICY A MEMEBER OF FAMILY CANT SERVE THE OTHER FAMILY MEMBER AND IF SO WHY DOES THIS RULE APPLY I WILL BE WAITING FOR A REPLY OF YOU HAVE THE DECENY TO REPLY AND EXPLAIN THAT IS OFCOURSE

The prices are very reasonablw. I shop around & this is one of my go to places. There is free parking available in the basement.

Good store with lots of low cost , useful items, but , having to wade through litter and general waste on the entrance steps is depressing ! The store sells brushes etc , so a quick ten minutes clean up would not be beyond someone . A bit of pride goes a long way .
