Screwfix Sheffield - Attercliffe

Went into the store having ordered my product to mistakenly ordering to a different store. Sam was so helpful. He moved the product to the Attercliffe one and then helped make sure it would fit in the car, and even carried it out as it was a large item. Sam was super helpful, he gave top class service! Thank you Sam, you’re a credit to Screwfix!

Just went in to buy 2 things I needed and I was treated amazingly. All the staff were super helpful and friendly but especially Emily, genuinely, I’d give her a 20/10 if I could. She was so nice off the jump and has great customer service and will deffo go back in the future.

Visited today full of questions about over bath shower screen . Shaun was so helpful, nothing too much trouble. 10/10 for customer service. Helped me load shower panel into car. Thankyou Jean

Went in to try and get some advice and assistance on my taps for mixer tap in the kitchen. Served by a bomd hair lady with long black nails who advised me she could not recommend or advise as she was not a plumber. Not the most helpful experience and will go to a plumbers merchants who will support the customer.

Visited yesterday to exchange some items, the young woman that served me on the trade side was helpful but there was a very rude and arrogant older woman that got involved and made me just want to leave and never come back. Won’t be visiting again no matter how desperate I am.
