Screwfix Sheffield - Sutherland Street

This is the only Screwfix you should go to in Sheffield! These men especially the Deputy Manager know what they are talking about. Had a little project to insulate my rabbit’s hutch and he advices me on which silicone is the best one to use for the materials I had too. Lovely gentlemen and was very knowledgable and I had such a pleasant chat with him too. If you’re having any concerns about your project, pop by and ask. Nobody is here to judge. They are amazing at what they do and i got some amazing advice too. Definitely coming here again!!

Just a shout out to the two lads working on the sales counter this morning 2/5/25 @ 7.00am in Sutherland street. sorry don't know there names, but there was a problem with my purchase that these two lads sorted out impeccably. Absolutely excellent customer service skills.

I visited this store today as I needed a few sockets and sealant for my bathroom, I was served by Umar who extremely helpful and advised us which products were the best ones to purchase. He was very friendly and although I came towards the end of the store closing time I was not made to felt like I was being rushed as some stores do when you come just before closing time. It was my first time at this store as I usually go to the one on Queens Road.

I'm a costume maker and often have need of "a thing" to "do a thing" but not knowing if that exists or, if it does, what it's called. Ishmael and Dan were super helpful and helped me find exactly what I need. That's not the experience I've had in other DIY stores and I'll be coming here first in future!
