Matalan

Yesterday I visited this store to buy some sleepwear and very happy with what I purchased. The lovely lady at the checkout was absolutely fantastic and her customer service skills was outstanding. I am gutted I didn’t get her name but she had a teenage daughter. The lady had dark hair with such a friendly face. I spent years in my career training people on customer service and omg she smashed it. I had a bad morning yesterday and this actually made my day. This lady is such a credit to you and we need more people like this in retail. I really hope this message will get to her.

Well stocked store reasonable prices not the choice there used to be always good children selection of clothing could do with better selection of home wear staff friendly and helpful easy parking plenty and no charge just popped into see the sale some good bargains in there 😀

Nice outfit and good bargain too.

Went looking for a black shirt and suit. Staff are far more helpful and knowledgeable than at the larger one off the parkway in Sheffield. Sadly suit stocking at both was poor. Never got a suit as neither had a set suitable, very miss match sizing etc Did get a shirt! Thanks to Chesterfield Rd. The little things make the big differences, take a note Parkway store!

If you can get things in the sale, then you can get some good bargains. I would not pay full price for anything. Service is hit and miss, some staff members are very helpful and others, not so much. One girl that served me was incredibly rude, she basically said "yes" when I needed some help with one of the self-service machines. On another visit, I was served by a young lad who was incredibly helpful and friendly.
