Decent store if you know exactly what you're looking for and avoid busy times.If you need help, this may not be the best place to shop. The store feels understaffed and the service can be quite rude, especially during busy periods.

One of the worst Store Managers they did not let us me and my girlfriend in the store before closing 40 minutes. Poor management

Absolutely poor staff service - we stood while 1 person was on tills. I was there on the 14th July 2025. When asked why can’t other staff assist. The assistant said the they understaffed . Really POOR service. River island is never like this.

Two really helpful ladies this afternoon... assisting me and my lovely friend... they were great 👍👍..thank you 😊❤️ we're old but we love this shop and these ladies helped us so much 😅 thank you 😊😀

I came in today, was really struggling to find somthing to go with a leather jacket I bought. I asked a member of staff for help to what would go with it. She was so polite, walked around shop helping me look. She put some tops under the jacket to show me what it would look like. She picked somthing out that I would never normally choose myself. But when I seen it together it really went well together.. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thankyou to the lovely lady❤
