First time ordering from here and never again click and collect means what it says not at this shop refused to give me my money back was told to wait till Jan 7th it's my daughters Xmas present I dont have much money and now a 6yrs old Xmas has been spoilt because there lie 6 times iv rang 4 time there put tbe phone down how disgusting thay are was told 4hrs for a manager to call me 6hrs later no call from no one so u will be going into the shop and taking what i have paid for and leaving with it no one should be without a present at Xmas especially aged 6 I will be seeking legal advice as iv been lied 2 and made to feel stupid I will never shop here again

Visited River Island Hull, the range in this store is amazing, totally upped its game but the best part was Izzy and Freya!! They were assisting in the changing rooms, amazing, so helpful, a credit to the store!

Blow hot and cold, sometimes you'll go in and find 10, 15 items you'd love to buy other times you go in and they've not got anything you like. Still love to shop here when I find something Nice, the store in St Stepehens is a nice big store with ladies and children's wear downstairs, men's clothing upstairs.

The best clothing company there is! Honest reliable and always truthful to their words! Provide nothing but the best brands which is important to those who take pride in their appearance and fashion sense! Definitely going to be my regular place I’ll be ordering from!

I purchased a few item at over £100 a jumper didn't fit ive misplaced my recipet so I asked for another jumper just simply an exchange so because I had no recipet I was scrutinised throughly of the day date time etc I purchesd it to be told I cant find it on the system so I cant exchange it. I will never shop in there again what a shambles
