What’s with the useless opening hours? It’s like this river island wants to avoid sales as much as possible.

Drove to get here but was closed before closing time

Staff too busy chatting in the corner. Felt really uncomfortable asking for assistance, so I left.

Website says open till 8pm. I'm sat in the car outside at 7.15pm and after trying to open the doors i can assure you the doors are locked.
