River Island

Didn’t let me return a coat when I had a receipt and women was also rude to me and was not helpful at all

I was struggling to find some leather trousers for a theatre show I am going to I had looked around a few shops and was disappointed however, I walked into river island and saw a member of staff as I walked in wearing the exact trousers I wanted I rushed over to ask her if they were from river island to which she said oh yes they are they are soo comfy I’ll show you them and proceeded to take me to the rail they was on. She also told me there was other colours in the sale! I went and tried them on and was so happy she complimented me in them very good service very happy customer. Lady’s name was Erica! Thankyou x

Been in twice now the last month and come across the same member of staff. Dark hair, tied up, mid 50's (ish), and absolutely no clue how to deliver Customer Service. Walked in and turned away without the courtesy to say hello. Kind of crazy really considering there was only one customer in around lunchtime on both floors. Three other staff all present, three young girls and the one upstairs proceeded to ignore me whilst leanimg on a Jeans station on her mobile phone, (not a shop terminal used for stock). The manager of this store really needs to take a look at the drabble at their disposal. CUSTOMER SERVICE, why be employed in it, if you simply cannot provide it. I've seen more Charisma in a bunch of cabbages.

Well stocked River Island in Parkgate. Staff are absolutely fantastic friendly and helpful going in to the back to retrieve stock when most stores don't have such a thing! Good sales section too with plenty of bargains.

Clothes good if somewhat over priced. Customer service none existent barely a grunt at the menswear till and no please or thank you. Would go to Meadowhall next time
