During my recent visit, I experienced unprofessional behaviour from both the manager and the staff. It was quite evident that they were giving preferential treatment to certain customers while others, including myself, were made to wait unnecessarily long for our orders. After waiting patiently for an extended period, I was finally served — only to discover that my order was incorrect. This not only caused inconvenience but also reflected a lack of attention and care from the staff. Moreover, their attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. I have always chosen Subway for its quality and good service, but this particular experience was far below expectations.
