tall, skinny guy on tills was extremely rude, i was waiting for my sister to return to the till with something and in that time he had scanned the items, when i didnt pay because i was waiting he picked them back up and slammed them down so id look at him, no thank you or anything. totally rude
Be very careful of the YTC website....wrong opening times shown..wasted journey from 20 miles away...not very customer focused member of staff packing away stuff outside...mentioned the website...just got the we're closed mate...not rude but dismissive...see the door sign!...come on YTC have some regard to customers checking YOUR Website! (not google). Very poor
Tall skinny guy on tills, grey hair and glasses. Dam right rude, shouted next pls when customer still packing so I waited until they had finished. He didnt like this he slammed my items on the counter, out of reached and the proced3d to walk away from the till. No bag offered no recipe offered no thankyou just stood with his back to me. Im a manager of a shop in skipton and I would never treat a customer so disrespectful and rude.
I bought my mum chocolate from here at a value price for a birthday present, picking up one of the many unique flavours available! The shop was clean when I visited and the staff were friendly, who manned a shop that has its products well organized.
Me and my Wife visited here as we were staying at Skipton for the weekend. Decided to try this store for a browse. Plenty of stock to choose from at great prices. We were waiting to be served as no one was at the tills. After a few minutes of waiting, this grumpy, ignorant tall guy served us. He looked like he was having a bad day. No manners or anything. Didn't say a thing. He looked at both me and my wife up and down, scanned our items and literally threw them at us! I had to ask for a bag as we weren't offered one. The rude staff member then grabbed a bag and opened it with a face of thunder and threw it at me!! No idea what his problem was. Luckily I was in a good mood. We felt unwelcome and probably go elsewhere next time we visit Skipton.
