This is a great place with seriously friendly and helpful staff. Parking is plentyful and free. The App is a great help as the next day delivery service although at a cost.

Went to the shop in Thirsk and Savi couldn't have bee more helpful knew exactly what I wanted a d was so polite in his manner. Will definitely be using them again it was a pleasure.

The staff were brilliant, I came in twice with a diificult/confusing request and Joe served me the first time and helped me with no bother when I came back for more parts Gary spent a long time to resolve my issue and he did! I'm so grateful he wanted to sort my issue out for me and did all he could to do this, Joe and Gary were both amazing with customers!

Outstanding service and knowledge from the staff. Very helpful above and beyond. I had my sander stolen and needed a quick replacement. Ordered at 19:30 and collected 15 minutes later. Plus i needed a few extra bits. The staff helped me find what I needed. Couldn't be happier with the service that I've received this evening.
