Excellent service today! New battery ordered online and a fitting booked same day. Chris did the fitting, he was very friendly and so efficient. He pointed out a membership offer that saved me money, not only off today's transaction.... but this also included an MOT and many other benefits to use in the next 12 months. Very impressed with Chris and the whole experience. Thank you !

I arrived at the shop 3rd January 2026. One off the female staff members there was so kind & helpful, in helping me find the correct oil for my car. Made me feel at ease in the shop. I always get bit anxious going into shops and asking people for help. But the staff member who served me was so respectful and polite. So thank you.

I recently visited Halfords (Bridge Rd, Stockton) to have all my vehicle lights checked before my MOT. A staff member named Chris assisted me by checking and fixing the faulty lights. He was very polite, friendly, and helpful, and he carried out his job perfectly and professionally. After the service, I spoke with a Manager/Supervisor, who explained the Membership and available offers. I decided to join, and I’ve already received great discounts—not only for the work done on my car but also for the items I purchased in-store. My car was showing a message check stop and start and a red light was on. After checking my handbook I realised it was a battery problem. I booked easily online for a free battery check. The lads were marvellous, considering the snowy weather and they said my battery was just over half full and I needed to take my car on a long drive. I did and the problem was resolved. I have since bought a battery trickle charger. I was very impressed with the overall service and didn't feel like I'd been ripped off and sold something I didn't need, which so often happens. I would definitely use Halfords again. Thankyou

Great store. Very helpful staff, every time I visit. Terrible weather today but no complaints about fitting new headlight bulbs for me. I’d also ordered the wrong bulbs online but they sorted it all out without any complaint.
