They have wonderful staff specially Jon and few girls and we like few costa branches its one of it. The ambiance is great and this place gives us authentic taste compared to other branches. Food atmosphere staff all are awesome. Thanks keep it up guys.
Visited on the first day of the festive season (01/12) and were appalled at the way in which two REAL Grinches (new male members of staff) spoke to my elderly mother and myself. When ordering our drinks, my elderly mother was patronised and humiliated by the two Grinches, whilst stood in the queue, needlessly. Their remarks made us feel uneasy and uncomfortable in the store and we didn’t enjoy our visit. A real shame as the previous team members were so welcoming … After this, I would not recommend visiting this store with elderly relatives
it was an icy day and the winds were blistering, me and my friend thought we would go to costa to get some food and to warm up a bit, as soon as we came in a middle aged male worker asked if we were going to buy something, we said yes and bought our food, for the rest of the half an hour we were in there we were getting side eyed and stared at by the rude worker as if he wanted us to leave, we also heard him and another worker discussing our order. also the lights were too bright, put the atmosphere off
