I was planned to buy some clothes 3 years old, your, decision of removing the baby/toddlers trolley was a very bad idea, I couldn't buy anything. Please return the red trolleys, it gives us less stress during shopping thanks

After waiting 40mins for a changing room I gave up!! A lady before me had been waiting an hour!!.. 2 people went into 1 cubicle with 2 overloaded shopping trolleys of clothes...then someone else went in another cubicle with a basket over flowing too. So that left 1 cubicle for the que of people down the shop to share!!! This is ridiculous...when approached a member of staff all she said was...we have no staff to man the changing rooms....yet you have a member of staff standing at the door handing baskets out!!!! I know what would be more helpful!! Another lady behind me gave up too..put all her clothes back..when she mentioned it to a differentl staff member she was told the same thing!!! Not enough staff and not enough changing cubicles!! Come on matalan sort it out!!!
