Just been in on my break. Wanted to get something to eat. Ended up walking out with nothing. Cashiers was whining over bit of roll. Last one in store. Taking way too long. Had to go with out now. Not happy

B and M itself I love However today whilst on shop floor, they had a announcement over the speaker's Lego set S2000 Standing in the toy section I decided to hunt for it Couldn't find it...Asked a shop staff and the reply was... Don't know.. I said it was just announced over the speaks as it just now. She said don't ask me 😤 Asked someone else... Who kind of helped...He didn't know what he was looking for till I googled a picture to show them and they said they don't have it... Then why advertise it over the speaker ☹️

Very fast at judging people with hidden disabilities. Staff talking about my brother who has autism, who was just walking around, treating him like a shop lifter. I had to turn around and tell them as they started talking about him right in front of me.

Terrible customer service fault at till told rather then go to next till supervisor said they would transfer our shop it would be quicker then left. The next till needed to get the supervisor to authorise the change. Took several minutes and two calls to get the supervisor back. She seemed surprised we were still waiting to pay and asked what we were waiting for? She seemed upset when I said her. She was way too busy doing other stuff to look after the customer she had just She had just had hanging about waiting for her. Very disappointed with there customer service 😒

Just like any other store really, but is a good size and had a garden centre at the back. Can get busy in car park at peak times, but has late opening hours. Good selection of products, which rotate with seasonal products. Staff are friendly and efficient. Thank you
