Do not shop here! I went to pick up my Bose Bluetooth speaker today costing £299.95. When i got home i noticed the box had already been opened and the speaker had been stolen. I went back to the store and the manager started getting nervous and shaking upon questioning what happened to it. They reviewed the CCTV and aparently blaming me saying i must have took it as the package was security sealed when i left the store. I asked to see the CCTV to which they wouldnt let me so im guessing there both in on it. Had to get in touch with customer services then trading standards and now the police are involved. Hopefully i get a refund but will never use this Argos or Sainsburys again.
Absolutely appalled by the service I received at Argos from a staff member called Matthew. I came in with a genuine issue on a faulty product, and instead of receiving the usual helpful support Argos is known for, I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and shocking unprofessionalism. Matthew raised his voice at me, could barely communicate properly, and when I asked reasonable questions, his only response was “I don’t know.” That is not customer service — it’s lazy, disrespectful, and shows a complete lack of training or care for customers. I have been a loyal Argos customer for years, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and angry. If this is the standard of service Argos is now allowing, then it’s a disgrace. Matthew clearly should not be dealing with customers if he cannot handle basic queries without being rude and unhelpful.

Had to replace an item as it was a tad too small and Mandy was absolutely fantastic with us. She went above and beyond to help us out when she could easily have told us there wasn't much she could've done. Brilliant service.
