Premier Inn Wakefield City North hotel

A lovely Premier Inn with a great location ( close to central wakefield but far enough away to be quieter).We were greeted by receptionist Teresa who was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information. Our room was on the second floor and could be easily accessed by a lift or the stairs. The room itself was a spacious twin/family room (with a large double bed and a single bed). The bathroom was an adequate size with a bath and a drench shower above. Servicing of rooms is only done by request to reception staff and this suited us well. Right next door is the ‘RhubarbTriangle’ Brewers fayre where great quality and reasonably priced meals can be had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another one with the lovely Teresa before leaving!

Stayed for 1 night for work. The room was clean enough but the TV was a bit iffy. I wanted to use my laptop in bed but all of the plug sockets were too far away to have it plugged in. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at Premier Inn—the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special shout-out to Teresa at the front desk, whose friendly, helpful attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

A warm welcome from Leanne on reception who saved me by having a spare phone charger, politely declined the offer of a drink as a thank you (bosses please note : consumate professional!). Fast, efficient check in. Room immaculate, restaurant opposite again wonderful hospitality and packed at 6pm on a cold wet December evening, you guys are clearly doing something right. Merry Christmas Wakefield North.
