Went in today for a click and collect which they processed super quick. I didn’t get his name but the man on the desk this evening was super friendly and helpful. I hope this can be traced back and this man can get recognition because his customer service was great! Couldn’t recommend enough!

First time visiting Mountain Warehouse. The staff should be commended for their exceedingly high level of attentiveness and customer service. Ever so friendly and helpful. The staff there are a credit to the Mountain Warehouse brand and should be recognised. Customer service requires honesty, integrity and understanding of what the customer needs which is lacking in so many other places these days, but not here. Thank you for all your help and assistance.
