Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Private front lawned garden with furniture and rear shared lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome, please keep pets in kitchen. Sorry, no smoking. Village shops and pub 5 mins walk. Note: This property is in the heart of sheep-farming countryside, please keep dogs under control at all times. Note: There are unfenced steps in the garden and the river (which can swell dramatically) is unfenced, children to be supervised at all times. Note: The fireplaces on the first floor are not to be used. Note: A self-contained apartment, with its own entrance, is retained for the owners' use. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: Max 12 people including infants.
