The shop has loads of nice affordable things. I would have given it 5 stars, however I met a lady called Kirsty who works here, who acted rather rude & unprofessional by openly talking bad about me as a customer behind my back, to her colleague without realising that my young daughter was listening to them and heard everything and in turn told me, which left me feeling so belittled & quite hurt within myself, but kept quiet as I’m not a confrontational person but was almost brought down to tears by the whole experience.

Not easy to find (inside the Co-op store), but when you enter, what a great atmosphere to come in to. Wonderful staff, great prices on clothes and shoes and the offers for mens and womens perfume are absolutely cheap. Great store, will come again.

Amazing shop hidden gem in whitby. Hidden inside the co-op shop... it sells a bit of everything! Home, bathroom, Electrical, pets, toys, mens clothes, kids clothes and ladies clothes... even has brilliantly priced adidas shoes and clothing! Must visit, you won't regret it! And the staff are all so friendly and welcoming

We came all the way from south yorkshire to visit this lovely place called Whitby, then we decided to shop around, and saw your shop , everything was beautiful until a lady called Kirsty and her colleague started talking behind our back in a bad way in infront of our kids, The kids where shocked and couldn’t believe it, it was so painful, l was hurt and l’ll never forget this experience.

When I visit its always Closed, so not a great start, if you have a shop it might as well be open or just close it permanently.
