Co-op Food - Wibsey - Fair Road

Well maintained shop, good staff and convenient parking - just insanely expensive! Especially for household brand items which are the same but cheaper elsewhere.

Most expensive Co op in the whole of England. Prices are much higher than other stores, even ones in posh areas. Staff have told me that they can't even afford to buy a drink on their break. Big box of Maltesers today are £6.25 Get real. The lads and lasses who work here are lovely down to earth people.

This is the second time I’ve ordered something and they’ve not delivered an item. I just called them to let them know and they said they can’t refund it. I explained just eat doesn’t always refund. The lady turns around and says “ well we can’t do anything about it” in the most rude and abrupt way. Avoid buying anything from them. Sad things is. I ALWAYS order from here, even after their last mistake. Just avoid it.

For this store, the bakery is my favourite. There's also a great selection of beers, ciders, and fresh fruits. There's a car park which caters to everyone, and a wheelchair access. Great place to shop 👌.

Wouldn't recommend their online service at all - the wibsey store have repeatedly sent fresh items with same day date on (evening delivery, so approximately 4 hours life left - these should have been reduced in store at this point). They seem to be offloading stock that is due to expire to online customers. In addition to this, many items were just missing (still charged for). These were orders for a pensioner who lives alone, has no means of transport, and is awaiting a hip operation so struggles to make it to the store in person. Seriously need retraining for staff so others don't have this terrible experience.
