Staff were magnificent! I don't know anything about cars or their problems but the staff just made everything easy. I also had a 10 point check that was free! Thank you Mia and mechanic Dave. You were both so nice and helpful and couldn't do enough for me this morning. You are a credit to Halfords.
Outstanding Customer Service from Josh at Halfords Cortonwood We had an excellent experience with Josh at Halfords at Cortonwood when buying a bike for our son’s Christmas present. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Josh gave us plenty of helpful advice on which accessories to choose and explained clearly how to adjust and look after the bike. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and patient throughout. The bike was built quickly, efficiently, and ready for collection the very next day. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Thank you, Josh, for making the whole process so easy and stressfree🎄🚴♂️
We came for a check on our van and to buy a couple of items. Never really rated Halfords in the past but have become a convert after the great service we received. The person that looked our van was super helpful and friendly and was very professional. Luke did loads of checks on our van and was happy to discuss what could be causing our issues. We went to buy the wrong antifreeze for our car but again he checked our reg and made sure he got us the right one. Will use the Halfords at cottonwood at least in future. Would recommend

Visited Halfords Cortonwood today. I was greeted by Tay. She was absolutely fantastic. She helped me choose the perfect bike for my son. Her knowledge about bikes and accessories is phenomenal.
