Joke of a shop. 36 year old male in work clothes gets refused expanding foam. Ordered through app same as everyday. But some power mad young lad refuses to serve me my trade products. Well done Finn. Would advise all work men to carry id if he is working. Toolstation next door served me same product for cheaper and couldn’t believe it. The manager of Screwfix wouldn’t over rule this and was very unhelpful. Now wait 5 days for my money back. If people can’t handle a tiny amount of power they shouldn’t be serving

I like this place because its easy to order online with the click and collect; no need to waste time going store to store looking to see if they have the item in stock. You can order online and collect at the store you want. Its fast and the service is great with plenty of parking outside.

Went today for some sanding sheets, knew exactly what I wanted just that bush didn’t have time to mess about looking. Told the women on counter exactly what it is I wanted & she didn’t have a clue, was quite rude & basically said a few times I needed to find code. Because she clearly couldn’t be bothered to just type in what I was asking for. In end a found it and got served but al not be going back when servers can be so arrogant. No thanks

Drove 10 miles when got there did not have item l ordered .said l will have to pay.then they order it. Last year order something pick up at store .two days later. This time no can do.NOT HAPPY.had to pay cant pick up till next week.

I don't normally leave reviews, but an employee at your store named John was an absolutely legend tonight. He talked me through what I needed & how to do the job. It worked a treat. Working in sales myself, I know good customer service when I hear it & this man has it down pat.
