Halfords - York Fosse

What a fabulous experience! We travelled to York from Essex for the Christmas experience (8/12/2025). On the way, the brake light bulb warning light came on. Anyway, we booked in at Halfords on York Fosse for today, to get the bulb changed. We did look to do it ourselves …. but after looking, no thank you !! We were attended to by the technician called Jazz who was very efficient, and very knowledgeable. We had both rear brake bulbs replaced in only a few minutes. Jazz was friendly and very personable, and we were very pleased with the service received. Maybe only a small job, but one we needed doing without fuss. Thank you … we highly recommend Halfords (& Jazz.)

I ordered a little Daewoo fan heater for £12 to pick up from the store, the heater is absolutely perfect, you can have it flat or upright and it heats the room up in no time. I didn't have to wait to pick it up, straight to the counter, gave my name and a very friendly lady had it ready for me under the counter.

New headlight replacement. Ordered on line which was quite a simple process and book for the to fit it. Went in the next day on the off chance they might be able to fit me in, and they fitted me in within half an hour ! The even changed the type as bulb as I had ordered a different one to the other side, no problem for them all, very approachable and friendly and happy team ! Would definitely recommend !
