Pump number 14 ,the diesel gun trigger don't work , I mean non stop running, cost me about extra 3 litres of fuel.. inside the kiosk they even don't say sorry... Nightmare petrol station, no chance to use again instead of save 7pence/ litre for my local BP , now I spent fortune as an extra.. my fault I don't looking when goes full, but who thinks this will happen... All over my shoes my trousers everything sucked the fuel the car the type... Even the workers at the kiosk not really bother this situation the probably cleaned around the area that's all... Very very bad attitude, a place what I was used years and years... No chance to go back again.. I will pay quality instead of quantity.. Please learn Sainsbury's management ,and all worker's you live from customers....

I understand the staff should have the day off for Christmas day but when all the pumps are pay at pump I don't know why they needed to close. Made finding fuel really stressful before going out for Christmas Dinner.

Why am I being made to wait in a queue round the car park when all I want is to pick up an item from argos? Explained this at the entrance and was directed to the back of the shopping queue. Try a bit of common sense guys.
