Completely useless. Don't go unless you know EXACTLY what you need, because no one there has a clue what they're doing and often look at the catalogue gormlessly because they have no idea what you want. They also really don't care about your experience, at all. No customer care and even they don't look like they want to be there, nevermind having customers. Really stark contrast to the branch in town at James Street. They are far more experienced and actually help you with a wide array of knowledge. Not even worth comparing these two, and I'm never going to bother with them again when the town one is available and worth the trip further
