Friendly, fast, efficient and great products at great prices. This particular branch is very well located for those who live centrally too, it's walking distance from the city centre, rather than having to drive out to Clifton Moor.

My partner came in Wednesday 10th March at lunchtime. He cannot thank the man who served him enough ( I am really sorry He didn’t get your name) he said you went above and beyond to help him with a plumbing problem he had to change a broken obsolete plastic tap connector. He didn’t have a clue what he was looking for and you took the time to find out exactly what he needed. 10 minutes later he had what he needed and half an hour after that he also had a very happy customer as well. So would definitely recommend this store, an in particular the gentleman who served him.

Excellent. I bought my partner a Sackbarrow through the click and collect service online. I could not believe how easy it was. I was greeted outside by a very helpful man who told them insside what I had come for and another pleasant man put it in the car for me. The staff I met were very cheerful and made it so easy for me. Definitely beats B and Q service hands down. Keep the good work up guys and gals!!

Ordered click and collect item but on collection, was told that I'd already collected it (I hadn't) and was no longer available. I asked for refund, which eventually (20 minutes) said they would give. I haven't received the refund after a week and a half (should be immediate via PayPal) so I need to go all the way back there to sort it out again. Toolstation round the corner generally cheaper and better.
