Really disappointed by the service. A product was faulty, which I bought in good faith, I couldn't complete a job. Came to return the item, only to find it wasn't in stock. I asked if they could deliver to site free of charge the following day (which I thought was reasonable), due to me having to come to the store to return the faulty item. They declined. Now in total Ive wasted an hour driving there trying to get it sorted. Screwfix is closer I may start using them in future.

Amazing customer services - Nick was fantastic and went the extra mile to be helpful! I could not recommend more, Nick was extremely friendly and used his vast knowledge of available products to help me chose a compact and highly efficient pressure washer! I could not be any happier with my experience!!
Amazing & helpful staff!! Felt cheeky taking back a battery that was free with a tool I bought as part of a promotion. I explained to the staff I had no receipt but it would be in my history, I showed them how the battery was defective. They then said as it was over 30 days they would need to send the battery off for repair. BUT they didn’t want me to be without a battery so searched through the system to find another tool which ran the same spec battery and gave me that one !! No hassle at all that’s why I like buying from them rather than the internet great point of contact for any returns and no messing around with emails, posting and waiting for return !!! Thank you
Superb service as always. Ordered and paid for online at 22.00 Friday. Text received 07.00 Saturday to say can collect, popped in at 09.00 must have been in there only 30 seconds as order was eady right by the counter. The items were the cheapest online too. Cannot fault them.
