Dreams Bradford

I visited Dreams in Bradford to discuss their Comfort Guarantee as the zip-and-link mattress my husband and I originally purchased just isn't the right fit for us. Jaswir was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to understand both of our needs, explained the different options available, and helped us identify a mattress that should be a much better fit. We now need to follow up with Customer Services to complete the process, but Jaswir made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how genuinely committed she was to finding the right solution for us. Thank you, Jaswir!

We bought a single divan bed and mattress from Dreams in Bradford, this morning. We found the experience very pleasant. The salesman, Zen, was very polite and helpful in answering our questions. He put us under no pressure to buy any particular bed. We were analysed under the Bed Match programme, to find the most appropriate mattress for our need, and were very happy with the recommended divan bed and mattress, which we then bought. It will be delivered to our home in 3 weeks, which meets our requirements.

Excellent in store customer service, friendly and helpfull. There was an excellent range of Mattresses available, which were selected with the helpful Sleepmatch Service. My chosen Mattress was delivered proffessionally and quickly, the old mattress was taken away with any other packaging too. I now have had a good nights sleep on my new mattress for a change, and I feel less tired during the day. In summary and excellent purchase and excellent customer service from all staff.

Shout out to Uzair and Rebecca who were super helpful in a recent visit to the Bradford Forster Square branch. We couldn’t be happier with the service received and our new incredibly comfortable mattress.

Went to Dreams at Foster Square Bradford and was served by 2 very friendly sales people.. Uzair saw to use mainly, he did the sleep match to find the right mattress for us and showed us what he had. There was no pushing.from him. He was very patient, a d even asked us if we wanted refreshments. The manageress came over and explained everything about the mattress we chose. We were shown a choice of pillows as well. The manageress told us that Uzair was still in training, well he was very good,but BOTH of them were knowledgeable and so friendly. Well done Dreams.
