Dreams Leeds - Crown Point

I hate the idea of buying a mattress without physically getting a feel for it so called in here to hopefully try one id seen on their website. Brilliant staff(Hayley), went in with a mattress in mind that I’d seen on-line. Turns out to be on line only. Thought ‘here we go’ will only have stock of mattresses double the cost I had in mind. But went through the range, the sleep match machine and physically testing various mattresses and came out with one I’m very happy with and at £200 less then I expected to spend today. No high pressure sales, a quick and pleasant sales process.

I recently visited Dreams and had a really positive experience. Andy was incredibly helpful and took the time to go through all of the different mattress options in detail, explaining everything clearly and helping me understand what would suit me best. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy. He gave me plenty of time to try different mattresses and make my own decision without feeling rushed at all. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a new mattress!

Brilliant experience with Helen (aka Helen Dreams) at the store in Crown Point. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, showed us a range of options, but never felt pushy. Gave us time and space to try out a range of options across our budget range.

Fantastic customer experience at Dreams Beds at Crown Point Leeds. We had a friendly greeting on arrival, and then were left to browse in peace. When we needed help Zain was incredibly helpful and kind. There was no hassle or hard sell, the whole experience and sales process was easy and simple. Faultless service. We walked out with exactly what we needed. A big thank you to Zain, a real credit to the business.

We went to Dreams, Crown Point, Leeds, last Tuesday where we were met by the sales assistant (we think her name was Katie), and it has to be said she had a very light touch, was informative and knowledgeable, and most importantly she listened to our concerns about mattresses. After many years of putting up with a double mattress that was unsuitable we said we wanted to try out two singles and we wanted advice about this. She invited each of us to use their system that helps to predict what type of mattress best suits you personally and individually and we both came out as firm / very firm but with several different product recommendations. Having got our “prescriptions” she showed us a few of these products, including doubles, singles (on double divans) and zipped singles, which we favoured the most. Availability wasn’t immediately because they needed to configure the mattresses to our exact needs, but we only have a three week wait, they will take away the old mattress and recycle it, and best of all we got three years of 0% finance so it was very affordable. We found Dreams were very easy to deal with, listened to us and gave practical advice in language that we understood so we would highly recommend.
