We visited the store to buy a mattress for the first time. Linda was very helpful and very knowledgeable, she guided us throughout the process and gave us advice when we needed it. She wasn't overbearing and allowed us to go at our own pace and try out any mattress whilst making suggestions on others to try. We could not have asked for a better experience and it was all down to Linda.

Absolutely amazing service from Farina. We went into the store not really knowing what we were after but got lots of help and advice from Farina. She was friendly and attentive. We found the bed and mattress we were after and love it. Shes an asset to your company. Thank you Farina!

Just wanted to say what a fabulous service from Farina! I took my 6 year old into Dreams for a new mattress as he kept complaining the one he had at home was too hard. I didn't actually belive him until Farina explained that he was probably telling me the truth and explained why his current mattress wouldn't be right for him. She was so patient with my Son, treated him as any other customer not as child who didn't matter. Helped him find a mattress that he loved. Carried him round a pillow to help him try each one and was truly wonderful. She provided such a great customer experience that when my husband and I needed a new mattress Dreams at Birstall is where we went. A great shop, great customer care and service. Sonny was excellent is helping us pick the right mattress for our son. No pressure or hovering just there when we had questions and great support and information at the order stage. Would certainly reccomend.
