Dreams Doncaster - Store and Clearance Centre

We came into the Danum Retail Park today with specific needs for my Dad who is disabled and would struggle to get in to the store. Hayden & Dave have been absolutely fantastic. Hayden listened to our needs and showed us what was suitable not what was the most expensive. We left very happy feeling that we had been listened to & received amazing service from the both. Even Kev joined in the fantastic banter that we had. It's a refreshing change to find assistants with a personality & knows their products. We even purchased some little extras for the Grandkids 🫶🏻

Absolutely the best store experience in looking for a mattress ever. Staff exceptionally friendly and without all of the "looking over the shoulder" or constant "do You need any help?" corporate nonsense. Clean, human, down to earth communication, thank You Sarah! Very pleased with experience and the fact that this store has a machine that takes mattress choosing to a bit of a science approach is irreplaceable. We didn't buy a mattress today, but we definitely found the perfect place to look for and to test one out in the very near future. Thank You everyone who was welcoming us today, You left an unforgettable impression on us.

We had a problem with our exchange, and they went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly and professionally. We came in on a whim to have a look for a new TV bed. Julie greeted us and offered assistance. Although not pushy and was very happy to leave us be. She got us using the mattress machine thing? That works out the best kind of mattress for how you sleep. Being big kids we loved this. We tried a few different mattresses and looked at different beds and settled on one of each. Dave was also brilliant and offered us both a cuppa which was very welcomed. Still to receive the bed (6 weeks delivery time) but so far extremely happy with the service!

We were looking for a single ottoman bed. We dropped into Dreams and were welcomed by Julie. She showed us the options they had in store and although they didn’t currently have a single in the showroom she reassured us they could get us exactly what we wanted. We were able to choose from a range of colours and were able to pick the style of mattress we wanted. Hospitality was provided in the form of complimentary coffee.
