Great customer service from Liz! I felt really looked after and attended to. I wasn't quite sure what I needed, but she helped me pick the right items without being pushy. Because she went through everything, I felt confident enough and ended up buying on the same day. Splendidly helpful and knowledgeable assistant Benn ensured he knew our needs and and pointed out our various options. As a consequence we were confident in our choice of mattress and the options around delivery and disposal. He made a chore into an enjoyable experience.

Excellent service. We used the electronic system in Huddersfield store to confirm what type of mattress would suit us best. The assistants were very helpful and friendly and showed us the mattress in store that matched our needs. We purchased a great one and got a great deal. Easy payment plan and explained in full. Delivery was great time given before and old one taken away. Thank you for all your help.

I am very happy with the service i received. The staff was very helpful and patient. I used the machine to find the perfect mattress and they recommended a few mattresses to try and I found the perfect one. They got me a great deal. Nothing was too much trouble and they was a few minutes past closing as I went quite late with no complaints! Thanks 😊

The process of ordering a new mattress was very simple. I had looked online and chosen what I thought would be the prefect mattress. The lady in the store knew exactly what I wanted, showed me the mattress, let me test it, and dealt very efficiently with the order, delivery information and all my other questions. Thank you Liz!
