Dreams York

Dreams York was going to be just the first stop on our journey to find a bed, but it turns out we didn't need to look any further! This is entirely down to Nicola, who guided us through the whole process with great knowledge, patience and care. She put us both completely at ease, and gave us a really good understanding of the different styles of bed & mattress available - genuinely fascinating! I don't often post, but absolutely have to do so in this case because the service was so good! The store is also really well set out, with a great range of fantastic beds (which obviously helps!). I can fully recommend a visit if you are looking for a new bed - I'll certainly make sure Dreams is our first stop next time, too! Very many thanks for your time and help, Nicola :)

Sam was really helpful in explaining the products to me. While we didn't buy anything today, we are looking for our new house. We will definitely be speaking to him again when we return. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

He was extremely professional, friendly and really knowledgeable about the different beds and mattresses available after using sleep match. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, explained all the options clearly and made the whole process easy without ever making us feel pressured. Pleasantly laid out shop. All staff were very attentive and helpful. I've recently bought my first house and was looking for a new mattress. Sam helped me weigh up a few options and steered me towards an excellent choice. He was very friendly - would recommend his help and will be back in future.

Liam was very helpful in showing us the various options available for a new mattress and bed and gave us plenty of time to think while explaining all the details. He helped us understand what would work best for us. I don't know how useful the sleep match program was as Liam clearly knew his stuff and was able to offer good advice himself. We feel confident we have made a sensible investment.
