B&M Store

Very bad experience unfortunately no customer service whats so ever. They had staff all over the shop floor chilling & just doing jack all please check cctv. Come to the tills to pay. Guss what the shop assistant goes come to the kiosk with a trolley full of shopping. To make things worse had to take all the shopping out place it in a basket then the guy scanned it & had to wait for the trolly to be empty so I could start filling it back up. The counter was very small Will not be coming back & to be honest not a great variety of things anyway. It was a detour never again avoid guys.

Shopped here a few times but on one or two occasions as was the case the other day. I saw an item that had a ticket on saying 10.00 off. And I decided to buy it. But at the till it was the same as on the box.i asked if it was correct and was told it was another item. That was not there it was the same make and model but apparently different. Please update your prices if your selling items

Store is good, staff friendly, etc. Just feel outside car park areas could do with more attention, especially down the left hand side.

I don't know if the staff are just tossing it off half the time but frequently long queues at the tills (like 8+ queuing) and regularly only one staff even at them. What are the rest even doing? Do they have no initiative? To the ones that are regularly working the counter (changes per say it seems) good job. To the others, what are you even doing?

Smaller B&M Store but everything you would expect, convenient location and a fair amount of parking.
