I can't praise the staff enough for their stance on Pokemon product. Given the current state of the TCG hobby and trying to ensure fair access for customers instead of selling whole stock to one person, who I was told had made an attempt earlier that day. Big thank you to TJ on toys, my nephew and niece were very happy with their pulls from the booster packs! The hobby can only go back to normalcy with amazing staff members like her in stores!
I was not expecting a beautiful garden related store insides B & M. Collection of flowery plants, pots and gardening tools was amazing. I spent most of my time in selecting my hobby related items. Besides it, there are a lot for other households and groceries.
Went here on 5th December 2025 and yes it was heaving as 3 for £20 toy sale was on but every single member of staff that i came across was just happy, polite and couldn't do enough to help me so i just wanted to say thankyou all for being so lovely and making it a happy visit x
Staff unable to reprint a receipt as I stated I didn’t need one and less than a minute later asked for said receipt. “New system and haven’t been trained” not good enough, train your staff.
I totally agree with Marium. I and my wife went into B & M the staff are very rude very unprofessional. Where is the management??? Poor customer service. Yes Home Bargains is so much better .
