Called into this store yesterday, last time I went in it was an absolute shambles(about a year ago). Wow, what a difference! It’s phenomenal. So clean, staff are happy and friendly. Shelves are full, stocked and well organised. The aisles are decluttered, and easy to navigate around. Customer service is much improved as well! Is there a change in the team? If so… well done BandM. I’ll for sure be returning. Great prices and I’ll make sure I grab a trolley instead of a basket next time. Staff seem to always be busy though. And I don’t feel like there was enough of them all running around trying to complete jobs. Served by Tanya on the tills, who had answers to all my questions and I even walked away with a bag of fruit pastilles that I didn’t even need.
B&M always has everything you need, a one stop shop and the staff are always so lovely. And Thank you to Maria for being so kind and helping me find the things I was struggling to find, such a wonderful smiley person! May God bless you!
One of the biggest and best organised b&m I've come across. Situated on the main road with big enough parking available. Store is full of literally everything you expect in a b&m but this one offers much more and with a garden centre on sight makes this store much more convenient.
Love B&M not just for watching the shoplifters try and nick their body weight in Cadburys chocolate or for the challenge of understanding the pricing stickers and where the items were but mostly because of the staff. Nicest staff of any B&M I've been to and as a Lego and funko bargain hunter I've been in many.....Becky is just the best!!
This b&m is absolutely shocking the manager Laura is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do her job! Also one of the staff called Leonie is very rude and doesn’t even know how to crack a smile. It’s like she doesn’t even want to be at the job. She’s very miserable and I’m definitely not letting her serve me again. These 2 people made me shopping experience a total nightmare that day. I will be avoiding this shop at all costs.
