I travelled from Bradford , to get some sweet confectionery’s for the family. The atmosphere of the store was lovely , staff was interacting with the customers and making jokes creating a feeling of comfort. I was served by Abdullah , who was very informative of the best choices and recommended the best sweets. He made the great choices and I enjoyed it very much and so did the family. Great shop , great people

I came from Queensbury to the Nafees bakery shop. And I beem delighted so much with staff. The gentleman Bilal was so kind and welcoming. It is helpful and supportive to pick the cake. I am fully paying attention and had so much patience with my confusion about what cake to pick. 😁 I had availability to try cake before as well, but I did trust the Bilal, and I can say he picked exactly what we liked. 🥰 Very professional and good knowledge of sweets and bakery. Highly recommended this desert shop based in Beeston LS11. 🎂🍰 Car parking is on the road plenty of places. 🚗 Staff is extremely friendly and helpful 🙂🤗🥰 The shop is very, very tidy and clean 👌 hygiene is 100%, and it has been very delighted to care about this shop of staff and owners... 🤗😊 I really recommended this shop for everyone. By the way, the Bilal made my day so nice. His smile friendly manners made me smile and feel special customer in the shop...🤗🥰 The owner should give him some bonus for his hard work🤑

Fresh cream cakes base not fresh??? What was supposed to be a great 2nd birthday turned into a nightmare as soon as guests took a bite of the cake. First time it has ever happened but a night not easily forgotten by any parent. Very disappointed and will avoid in future. Be aware, you have been warned.

Very well organised and tidy shop food and bakery items are awesome, well mannered and friendly staff with welcoming smile on the face. Biscuits,Methai, Samosa Chaat and Savoury especially Onion Bhaji are next level,I will love to visit the shop again and again.

Very pleased with the service. Got exactly what I had asked for and more. Went to pick up my order the staff was really friendly and helpful :)
