Amazing service from Unas. I ordered a cake very last minute with a specific colour requirement and did not think the expectations would be met as it was pretty last minute. However, Unas went above and beyond to meet the expectations and I really appreciate this. Thank you for your efforts.
Cant believe there is a black hair embedded in the cake rusk!!! Disgusting and so shocked. Late night snack ruined 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Nafees Bakers on Lilycroft Road is a great place to visit. The shop is always clean and well maintained, which really shows their focus on hygiene. The food is fresh, delicious, and made with good quality ingredients. What stands out the most is their friendly and respectful customer service the staff is always polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a bakery you can trust for good taste, cleanliness, and a pleasant experience.
Everyone was really helpful and they let me try some of their sweets. Unas was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different types of things they offer and my birthday cake was absolutely beautiful I couldn’t recommend this place any more!!! If you need a cake or sweets for an occasion I woood recommend here!
Low score for service even though the guy was nice and friendly he clearly gave us the old sweets not fresh bought 2 big boxes most dried out.. the meat samosa full of 80% potato and bland chicken samosas filled with shredded chicken decent but if I return would definitely tell them to pick out the fresh batch of sweets
