I've only been to Nafees Bakers twice, and my experiences have been mixed. During my first visit, I encountered some difficulty communicating with the staff as they seemed to have limited English language proficiency. This led to some confusion about pricing and other details. On my second visit, I was there on someone else's behalf and couldn't comment on the food quality, but the service was decent. We came with a very peculiar order, particular and specific. The whole team rallied to make sure what we got was what we wanted. Can't thank these guys enough for making our wedding mithai, offered to guests, perfect. Highly recommend for good quality sweets, picked made and packed professionally and to a good price.
