Only found this shop a couple of weeks ago when driving back from a friends. Have already been back the food is lovely and the staff friendly. It is a 12 mile round trip for us but well worth it.

Nafees Wakefield today I bought Chicken sweetcorn pasties, and was very tasty, delicious, I bought the finest 2kg mixed matai, ticks all boxes, location, matai great quality and their birthday cakes awesome

Traditional cakes, sweets and savouries at reasonable prices! 1. Great customer service - polite and courteous, pick up only don’t expect comfy seating / waiting room with toilets 🤣 - Decor is eye pleasing / newly refurbished 👍 2. Fresh cream cakes at reasonable prices - made fresh daily and can be pre-ordered/ customised for special events (e.g. 9" cake for £18); mitai selection is good (wider selection at larger stores) make sure you're happy with the box content before payment; the samosas are always a hit with us / slightly oily pastry not for everyone; all halal 👌 3. Great location with limited on street parking - on a main road / easy to find or miss depending how fast you're driving 🤣; limited parking in front of store but local streets are safe to park
