Nafees Bakers & Sweets Great Horton Road Bradford

I recently ordered two custom graduation party cakes from Nafees Bakery, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The cakes were absolutely beautiful, exactly as we had discussed, and tasted incredibly fresh. They were a huge hit with all of our guests! A special shout-out to Javaid, who provided truly excellent customer service. He was very helpful and ensured our order was perfect for our special day.

I arrived feeling quite unsure and confused about how I wanted my cake to be designed, but they were both extremely patient and attentive throughout the entire process. They took a significant amount of time to listen to my ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and carefully guided me through different design options until we arrived at something that truly matched my vision. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a very positive one. It was clear that they cared about customer satisfaction and took pride in their work. I am very grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend Muhammad and Javaid to anyone looking for excellent service and expert guidance.

I visited Nafees Bakery all the way from Birmingham, and it was absolutely worth it. This branch is similar to the Alum Rock branch and everything looked fresh and delicious. I bought the chicken samosas, which were really tasty and full of flavour. Muhammad Anwar kindly recommended the fresh cream slice, and I’m so glad he did — it was spot on. The customer service was out of this world, genuinely some of the best I’ve experienced. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit Bradford.

I had a great experience at Nafees Bakers. The quality of the food was excellent, but what really stood out was the supervisor Uncle Javid. He was extremely informative, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and professional. Nafees Bakers never disappoints. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit especially Uncle Javaid. Everything was fresh and well presented, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. A great place to stop for quality baked goods and a pleasant experience overall.
