took a gaming microphone worth £60 wanted to put it on buy back but because someone was selling one on eBay for a tenner bear in mind it was the wrong colour to what mine is and i wouldn't have even got a tenner for it which is ridiculous and they would of sold it for £40 to make profit same with all the products they buy there selling a DVD player for £35 they are obsolete everything digital now also be careful when u put your products in as they write google reviews on your accounts from your phone just to better their store absolutely ridiculous I've been going to that shop for nearly 6 years and never have I seen it go this bad downhill just be cautious when u go I would rate 0 stars if I could

Offered £10 for a keyboard and mouse I bought for over £100 just 3 months ago. CeX would pay £21–£30, and online resale is £40–£80. Staff justify the lowball offer by referencing eBay, but the numbers don’t add up. Feels predatory and would be better off going to another store.
