I could order what I needed, it became available in two parts, which the order told me about, so I collected, when all was in store. Very efficient.

Doing an order on the tablet in trade side with items in the basket and a young lad with a ginger beard comes over and asked me to go the public side because the trade side closes at 3pm!! It was only 2.57pm on my phone! The point is i was in the middle of doing my order which took ages to search for the items in the first place so he could have waited till i had finish? Discussing service to trades people so i left and took my money and order else where! No way i was going to redo my order on another tablet! I went to City Plumbing opposite and turned out cheaper👍 Response to Screwfix reply: Typical generic response and no its not what you expect but is quite common place across your stores with the odd moody staff member! Don’t waste your time with screwfix sos because let’s face it we don’t see if out happens and under data protection can’t tell you anyway 🤷🏼‍♂️ On Trustpilot they are down to 2.5 stars so shows how bad they are! Only use sos if you want money back and compensation and not another another another sorry!

Today I was looking for a plumbing part and the young man called Charlie was very helpful and polite but was struggling to find what I needed the lovely lady I believe called Gemma was listening and looked it up in the book she new what we wanted was very knowledgable and helpful she was so nice and looked after us in a professional way thank you Gemma and Charlie you made our visit to screwfix a real pleasure
