All great coffee was made very well Very nice staff One lad naTe was a little strange
Ordered via the uber eats app. I ordered a clotted cream fudge cold brew which I have ordered multiple from this same business and it was shockingly bad. Basically just a cold brew with a tiny bit of cream that looks like it's split. Paying 5.40 for coffee drink is a treat of mine and very rare. So disappointing!
Thursday I bough 3”surprise���too good to go packages. Sad uninteresting sandwiches and soggy panini, food should have gone in the bin not for sale even at £12 paid, will never use Starbucks again I’ve just wasted money I can’t afford to throw away
Slightly shorter brown haired server was super chatty and friendly, could tell she had worked there a while and knew the regulars. Loves the amount of dogs in the place when we visited ❤️ not too sure about the cold pistachio stuff on top of the hot coffee but that's no ones fault and not a negative
Poor customer service and rude. Ordered several coffees size tall, their smallest size. I paid for and received grande size, unfortunately I didn't double check the final cost to match what I ordered. Staff refused to give a refund, saying we made you grand which is what you paid for. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
