Premier Inn York South West hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was brilliant. The room was clean and well presented all be it a little bit dated. While we were there all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have wished to be made to feel anymore welcome than we were, particular thanks to Vicki and all of the reception and hospitality staff who are all a credit to the hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay and have no reservations at all about recommending this hotel. Many thanks to all of you x

Rooms starting to look a bit tired but immaculately clean. Girl booking in, taking restaurant orders and delivering food was very friendly. Food (a burger) was excellent value and tasty. Breakfast was cold buffet and cooked food done to order and again very nice. Would happily stay again.

10/10 would recommend this Inn!! After having a struggle of a time leaving a different bug-infested hotel in middle of the night, this premier inn was awesome to find and we were so thankful they had an available room so quickly with early check in. Clean bed, clean bathroom was perfect. If you’re looking for affordable but everything you could possibly need, definitely would recommend. Staff was extremely kind throughout our stay. Breakfast had good options as well. Such a relief to find this place!!

Quite good hotel. Room is clean, but it would be good idea to do a kind of renovation. Floor carpet looks a bit worn out. Services is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is not very good. Nothing on the services, except McDonald's and Starbucks. Good for a night stay, not for long time.

Good staff, but the hotel is not up to the usual Premier Inn brand standards. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable, but the hotel is tired and dated. The room was clean, but was desperately in need of refurbishment - the walls were marked all over with chipped paint, and the furniture had seen better days. The bathroom was clean but again needed TLC. The public areas of the hotel were also in need of refurbishment, with marked walls throughout. The lift was broken. Breakfast was good and plentiful, but the small restaurant meant that upon check-in we could only choose from a very limited number of available breakfast times, which didn't really suit us. I don't think I'd choose to stay here again - there are better options in the area, including other Premier Inn hotels.
